Kulbir has worked in Gisborne since 1984 and is a founding partner of Gisborne Medical Centre. He enjoys the diversity of General Practice, has particular expertise in Diabetes management, and has integrated acupuncture into his medical practice since 1993. His patients like his caring and skilful approach. He loves working as part of a team assisting people to optimise their health, and being involved in training doctors, nurses and other health workers.

Steve enjoys the diversity and challenges presented by all aspects of general practice. He performs minor surgical procedures and is a supervisor of both registrar doctors and medical students.

Alan graduated from the University of Beijing in 2006 and started his medical career in Australia in 2010 having worked at Echuca Regional Health, Austin Health and the Northern Hospital. Alan is a full time GP and is highly regarded by his growing patient base.
Prior to becoming a GP, Alan was a physiotherapist.

Robert joined the team in 2010. He is a former medical educator at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners training program and maintains a passion for teaching medical students.
Previously Robert worked as a GP in Flemington, was CEO of Monash IVF and then the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. Robert has recently been appointed Adjunct Senior Research, Fellow School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine Monash University.
James is completing his GP specialty training with us. James' previous GP training was undertaken in Kyneton, James is familiar with the Macedon Ranges and enjoys all aspects of family health care.

Pritinesh has a broad experience in multiple disciplines and has worked for many years in Australia with stints overseas including teaching at undergraduate university level. She enjoys complex medical conditions, emergency presentations, minor procedures, paediatrics, adolescent health and geriatrics.
She has a keen interest in community health with the Macedon Ranges being home for her and her two dogs.
Pritinesh is available for consults 5 days a week including weekends.

Tanya grew up in rural South Australia. She completed her medical degree at the University of Adelaide, and hospital training in Adelaide before moving to Victoria. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also has a Diploma in Child Health and a Graduate Certificate of Travel Medicine.
Tanya enjoys all aspects of General Practice, and has a particular focus on evidence-based medicine and empowering her patients to improve their health.

Kasey grew up in the Macedon Ranges and has returned to become a GP for her community. She also works as a Medical Educator. Kasey strives to provide a holistic and empathetic approach to patient care.

Tim came to Gisborne in 2011 after completing his GP training. He lives locally with his family. Tim's interests include preventative medicine, natural medicine and mental health. Outside of work he enjoys playing bagpipes, gardening and snow skiing.

Carlie grew up in the local area and returned to the Macedon Ranges after completing her studies. Her interests include management of chronic disease, geriatrics, obstetrics shared care, women's health and medical education.
We welcome Hema back to Gisborne Medical Centre from 8 February 2016. She has successfully completed her GP specialty training whilst working in Rochester. Hema enjoys all aspects of general practice work and looks forward to touching base with her patients (On Maternity Leave until August 2018)

Rashida completed her general practice training at the Gisborne Medical Centre and has successfully attained her Fellowship qualification.
She enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly looking after children's and women's health.
Haritha has over 7 years experience in a hospital and clinical setting with her most recent position at Swan Hill. She is now working towards completing her GP training with us.
She has a Diploma in Child Health and formal training in rural emergency skills, mens and womens health and chronic health conditions.
Specific areas of interest include paediatrics, mental health, chronic disease management, adolescent health and procedural medicine

Karinne is a local to the area and completed her studies at Deakin University.
Karinne completed basic physician training at Barwon Health and completed rotations in neurology, cardiology, intensive care, gastroenterology, nephrology and general medicine..

Gisborne Medical Centre's nurses are available Mondays to Saturdays to assist with patient care including triaging urgent and emergency care, assisting with procedures, vaccinations, plasters and wound care.
They also provide chronic disease care planning by spending time with you to ensure you understand and can manage your conditions optimally.
